I was feeling better, strong, and healthier all at the same time. They biggest thing that I've found is that when you have got all of the things you want to eat right in front of you, that's when you start eating your worst and life is much less enjoyable. In your fridge you should keep a couple different flavors of proteins drinks and also a ton of water. I am a big fan of Gatorade propel, in fact I can't get enough of it. It's great in small doses, but don't have more than just a couple bottles throughout the day or it will get to be bad for you. The key with the workout itself too, is to watch tv or read a book while doing it, it really helps the time fly by.
